SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

USPS Priority offers the best value for most small orders. unfortunately shipping cost are still a significant percent of the total transaction. We know this and will try to be fair. Unfortunately, the shipping "rules" provided by our storefront, are not the most flexible and we have to implement a purchase price -> shipping cost model.
Running the numbers and knowing what it will take to pack and ship hoodies and hats, the cost is accurate.
We have no desire of trying to "make" money off shipping costs, but we are not large enough (yet) to absorb them. If you have any concerns please contact us before your purchase, if the costs are in fact way off we'll fix it.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

North 45 Return Policy and Exchange Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item for the full amount. You must contact us before returning any item. Once we receive the item(s) we will either credit you back minus what it cost us to ship it to you originally, or send out your replacement item(s) depending on what you choose to do.

* Limited Edition Items, clearance or discontinued item sales, and custom orders may not be returned.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not pay for return shipping customer pays shipping on returns or exchanges.
* We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
* We do not have control once an order is fulfilled & collected by the shipping company (USPS, UPS). If your package is shown as lost we will gladly replace your order after 15 business days to allow time for the shipping company to confirm package status. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with the shipping company directly. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. 
* Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.

All items MUST be unwashed, and unworn. (This includes bending of hat bills). If an item is deemed unsellable upon inspection, you will not get a refund.

Please use common sense.
